Come to Hops on Birch for the September first Friday!
Dana Green is showcasing her latest art series that is a bit more personal. The Threatened and Endangered Series puts a spotlight on southwestern species that are "disappearing" from their habitats. Each animal represented can be found in the Southwest; however, they are facing challenges for survival.
10% of all proceeds will be donated to the International Raptor & Falconry Center. The IRFC will be present with Executive Director and Founder, Michele Losee, to talk about raptor conservation. Also, meet an American Kestrel named Finley!
The series will be featured at Hops on Birch through the month of September, so feel free to stop by drink great beer, and learn about some of the amazing SW aniamls the whole month!
The artist will be present from 5-8pm to answer questions and describe the paintings to all who are interested.
